Complaint

Hi my name is Lorraine and I have a complaint with my mtn network, this stupid network is not working its been 4 weeks now doing the same I'm always buying minus for all networks but when I call its always says I have insufficient airtime to make a call, I called then numerous times and to date no assistance whatsoever the problem with them its that we are so loyal but I have had enough of this nonsense I'm so changing this stupid network to people who valued me, my email address is ***
