Complaint

I created a 0 acxount in order to keep my number by the branch in Bayside beginning August as I had left the country. They told me as my contract was still ongoing it would be a once off R260 fee and I would not loose my number. Since then my account has been debited monthly and I'm trying to get someone to respond and end this and for me to be refunded. This is theft and I need it sorted immediately.
