I app**** for a home router from MTN online and I was given a 12 months contract with them.Then the router was delivered and it work for 4 days with no problem after I requested for them to please help me and they never responded to my email or calls Now they tell me that if I cancel my router I must pay R5000 for cancelation fee. How do I even pay for something that doesn't work. It doesn't work the way they told me it would
