Complain over complaints mxm

Guys what is wrong with you? I have been logging complaints since last week you do not respond I sent email also said you will respond after 8 working hours but still you don't... Firstly I request you to change debit order date to the 15th you said you did but to my surprises you haven't debited. Secondly I requested settlement amount still failed to do your job. What must I do I really need to pay this account I don't know why are you being so careless about customers who are willing to pay you. I am sick and tired of being ignored by you yous at the end of the day my profile will be ruined if you on acting like this. Or should I go to the ombudsman? PLEASE SEND ME SETTLEMENT QUOTE I WANT TO END BUSINESS WITH YOU.
