Complain of affair treatment

helo I have a had a data contract with MTN we agreed on 80gb anytime data they deceived me and make it made it 50gb anytime and 30gb night data I recognize this after a while then tried to get hold of thm i couldn't then I stopped using their simcard and stopped payments now they saying am owing them 2400
