Complain not attended to as promised

So I sent a query about normal data deduction instead of owl/night data. I got a response that said I'm wrong because night owl is from 12 to 5 not 6. I REASEARCHed this went back to mtn and got a response that said... Apologies for wrong information... They will look at the problem and sort it out. It has been three days and dololo help. They keep apologizing for the inconvenience caused...****ed beyond imagination
