Complain MTN SA

I'm Ethel mtn customer service call me for route package I was interested I took it only to find out is not the deal we agreed I call thm thy said I must took it back to store before 10 working date I dd nd call thm for cancellation but now thy r busy diducting money frm my acc I called thm but they r not fixing my problem frm April till now can u please help me
