COMPLAIN (MTN)

I Paid My Account at the Store ( Westgate Mall )on the 6-june 2024 Few Days after that I get an SMS notifying me that my Services will be suspended if I don't make an Urgent Payment ,I Ignored the SMS as I Thought it was a Mistake But my Number Got Suspended the Following Day

For Two Weeks my Phn was Suspended I called MTN on Several Occasions which I Spoke to Asemahle , Sinqobile,Sabelo I sent Emails to them Attaching Proof of Payment To no Avail

I Then went to Dobsonville Mall MTN The Consultant there Told me that she cannot help me I must go back the Store where I Made that payment . I went to Westgate Mall where I Spoke to a Consultant that I repeatedly told her one Thing that I paid my Account in their Store on the 6/06/24 ,She kept insisting that inorder for them to open my Account I must just pay , After I Showed her a Soft copy of P.O.P I Got Irate & Impatient I asked her to call the Consultant that helped me with that Payment which she did , She relayed the matter to her and they Checked their System. Taking their Time they Spoke about the weekend and How the other one was Pregnant and Eats all the time & How her Friend was in China and will be Spending 3 Weeks at China ( WESTGATE CONSULTANTS ARE RUDE INSENSITIVE LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE & UTTERLY Don't HAVE RESPECT for People and the Job's they doing

After a Long while they Traced the money I paid & allocated it into my account I then asked them What is their policy and procedure to be kept when a Customer pays Directly to the Store & They do what they did ? They started using /Talking Body Language and Rolled their eyes & Said they Don't know

I asked them to calle their Superior and one of them said she was the Assistant Manager (Grace Dladla) She said I must leave my Contract she will give her Superior my contact as their Manager was out of the store

It's been 5 Working days and nobody has Called me from MTN Westgate . I Want Compensation for the 2 Weeks I stayed with the service I paid .
