Complain for service delivery

Hellopeter please help I have been waiting for MTN to send me uncapped wifi for about two months now and have given them all the necessary information they need and also went to MTN shop at Menlyn Mall to confirm if there's anything wrong I was told that they are waiting for delivery and I don't receive any updates from them my family is concern now because these to many offers on TV and can't take any of them because I'm afraid that I and MTN delivers so I'm MTN is giving false information on TV about uncapped with router for R249 I'm staying in Winterveldt in Mabopane so I thought MTN everywhere you go my family won't struggle with network MTN is failing me Hellopeter please intervine my *** for checking with MTN.
