Complain

MTN handed me over to MBD I pad up the account and I received a paid up letter, which was saying my account is paid up and my account will be activated, I went to Hillcrest Mtn and log a Query I'm still waiting for the a Feedback booooomm the other person is using my number now, How can they can give my number to someone else while waiting for them to resolve the Query I'm quite not happy about this I need a full explanation because I'm trying to get hold with Mtn no luck Can someone from MTN call me and tell me what happened or Refund me
