complain

I have an account with them & asked them to debit on my new bank account they did not for 2 months then called them , for clarity why they did not debit , they did not give me the answer. then made I made arrangement paid they R1000 & R1250 last month. when I called them again yesterday they said my account it been handed over ( how can you had over an account which is less then 60-90 days in arrears ?
