Complain

Last year 2019 in October I bought a contract phone in MTN. They delivered a wrong color(phone) with wrong benefits and I have been writing emails till today haven’t received anything. When I’m calling their contracts department they telling me I should call A company called REWASKO and when I’m calling that company they referring me to MTN . My complaint number #*** ant I have been sending numerous emails, the first person who responded was Matilda Dlamini REFERENCE NUMBER *** and she was suppose to get back to me since then haven’t received anything.. funny part is every month I’m ****** paying for stupid benefits that I’m not getting. ****** STUPID SERVICE IM GETTING FROM MTNSA .
