Good Day
Please help I upgraded my contract on the 21.09.2023 and I was supposed to receive a 10 GB freebie data once off for 30 days and I haven't received this as yet, I called a number of times on Friday 29.09.2023 but the agents say the 10GB Data is not on the contract, and tried to connect me to the online team without any success,
please attached screen shot which I took when doing my upgrade.

The issue hasn't not been resolved should I cancel the contract and move to another service provide.
