Complain and need help

I am writing on behalf of my dad as he is an elder, my dad bought a R199 sim for data at MTN greenstone mall so that data never lasted a month he went there to recharge when he got there a guy call Lekganyane said to my dad he wants a prove of bank just imagine to load data?? Dad when to the bank pulled out a statrment went to MTN lekganyane took my dads statement added his things dad didnt know about. Month end MTN debited R3000 he went to the bank to reverse it cause he bought a R199 sim why do they debit so much. Two weeks after lawyers told dad he owes them R10 000 stressful old men who doesnt want to be blacklisted made arrangements went back to the store the Manager closed his account cause dad told them what this Lekganyane guy did is *****, he paid with a broken heart while the closed his contract and paid over R2 500 which he went to claim it back staff there making fun of my dad the lady who was helping us was busy on her on phone day 16th June 2023 manger told my dad to come back he went back with his overdue proof the account is on 0.00 as that manger closed it off due to the ***** they did.

Please peter help us MTN is milking us and we want our money back their service wasnt good
