Complain about MTN signal

I have been making a report to Mtn from the 7th of October about the weak signal of the internet, I am from Alldays under Blouberg municipality in Limpopo province. I have reported this for several times to no avail, and I use data that expires at the end of the month, meaning this month I bought 400GB for nothing, I am pleading with to check what is wrong because we are loosing a lot of money buying data that is going to disappear at the end of the month .
