Complain about incomplete order

MTN online did me dirty. I made an oder that had the freebies the beginning of August. So according to the offer I took I was going to receive 2 phones plus an Uber voucher but when the order was delivered it only had 1 phone and tried to enquire no one came with an answer and I wrote to complains there was no answer
