Complain about fone

I need help from MTN store on the 12 of June i lost my fone on uber and i have insurance because its contract i open a case do affidavit till today today they dont help me am still doing up and down. i am so dissappointed with this company because at first they approve my claim after few days they decline. i really need this fone because my hubby died all my memories are there
