Complain about data locked from my Mtn account

I want to lodge a complain to Mtn ever since i upgraded somewhere in February if i'm not mistaken, they have locked 1.4 G data bundles, it shows when i check my balance, so i need Mtn to unlock that 1.4G data cause i'm paying for it every month
