Complain

I am very annoyed and tired of MTN service with their Team Leaders from Customer Services who run around when they have to take escalation. One of them dropped the call on my face, and didn’t bother to call me back.

I’ve been asking them to updated my account which shows on my credit profile and statement that I am behind. Seemingly it’s like am asking them to climb the highest mount all am getting is to be transferred from pillar to poll with 1000 open ticket and the matter does not get resolved.

My calls are getting dropped and my issue is not getting resolved. I am unable to can anymore with this exhausting poor service am getting 🤮🤮
