Complain

My mother bought me a phone via MTN contract , and the staff didn’t even help her with rica , and when she went to pick up the phone , they unboxed it with a ported SIM card and I could not use the new port number from Atleast six months , as a good customer I went back and asked if they are sure the SIM card was rica , with confident the lady said yes , then went back home tried it again but nothing changed , and after a few days went to another outlet to get help , and they did however I’m not satisfied with going six months without receiving data and airtime that my mother was paying for monthly .
