Complain

It's been 3/ 5 months now waiting for my refund from MTN. I returned IPHONE 15 because of unhidden cost that was not communicated with me when I engaged my self to MTN contract. They started to debit from my account until today refund aha not been processed. As a frustrated customer I will advise no one buys at MTN or ended with their contract because they don't take calls and value customers.
