Complain

Two months back i app**** for a sim data contract which was approved by Mondo underwriter of MTN and when i receive the sim card was told it's only for home router not mobile router even though i explained to them I'm using mobile router which i even gave them router details which they agreed it's eligible for their sim card. I then called them to cancel the contract and was referred to Mondo which i contacted and they alleged they canceled the contract with the reference number and later after two months they still telling me is on the process of cancelation after two months and now MTN suspended my other line.
