Complain

I’ve bought a phone on contract with monthly instalment of R589 these month they have deducted R777 and when I check on App I owe R1200 for the month of January. I’ve asked the consultant who was assisting me that day why I received debicheck mandate of R1600 she told me that is the amount that I can buy with at MTN it is not my monthly instalment. I only got proper explanation today. I’m loosing my money because of someone who sold a product that she didn’t know. Very disappointed MTN Tlaleng ***
