Complain

I recently purchased a cellphone contract at MTN store in Phuthaditjhaba. They have not given me my contract even though I have been to the store, phoned head office requesting that my contract be e-mailed to me. No service to date and I have had this contract for nine months now. When I visited the store all they gave me was policy summary and that they don't have the contract with them. I am so disappointed with MTN. Something that can be done with a mere e-mail in two minutes has me running around like a headless chicken.
