COMPLAIN
As I type this COMPLAIN I am livid with mtn, I hope mtn closes down. I'm going to advice all my friends and family to go to hello peter as well as they are also sick and tired of MTN's pathetic service.You people keep on suspending my phone as I allegedly owe your pathetic network for July when I dont. I have spoken to a Thapelo who logged a call ref number:*** in July and I STILL get a sms that I owe you guys for the call he logged. I have spoken to a Nomsa Temba who told me I owe you guys for July and I sent her proof of payment.She lifted my suspension after I sent her proof of payment and my phone was suspended again.I spoke to Karabo who said he will re send the call that was logged and my phone was suspended again.I spoke to Bavin and he told me I owe you guys for July, I'm not sure what exactly you guys are doing there as whatever you doing is ****. I have sent my proof of payment several times and you stupid people keep on saying I owe you, but no one can explain what the money I owe you is for since I'm on a top up. I phoned last week and I was sent from one depatment to another. Yester I spoke to Natasha ref number:*** and my phone was suspended this morning. <br>

Invoice for September added account balance R1338.11
Payment for R552.00 received on the 7-9-2015 and the account balance is now R786.11. The account has been paid short with R234.11.
