COMPLAIN

logged a complain in may 2019 regarding mtn and the amount they deducted,Mazwi called and re assure red me it was resolved , mind you its a new contract, second month they deducted again but no data loaded apparently it was loaded incorrectly but they deduct the full amount, they requested for a copy of which i dont know how come they dont have it, went to mtn and requested for a copy to be sent to them. from 40GIG OF WHICH IT WAS NEVER LOADED FROM THE INCEPTION, QUERY LOGGED ON THE 14TH june 2019, still no feedback. Every time i call the matter is been escalated to the team leader, no follow up nothing.till today matter is still open for investigation.WHICH MEANS EVERY MONTH I NEED TO LAY A COMPLAIN REALLY.
