Complain
I was phoned buy a consultent for upgrade hence i was due for one, i was told i was going to pay R199.00 for 350min and 3gbt when i was suppose to pay that amount now had to pay R461 and now am getting 1gbt and 150min for an extra 2gbt i must pay R284 really dont understand how can they allow people to rip us off on a recorded phone call, my question is dont they supervise this and check this am very unhappy with this they should have left me to finish my contract instead of convincing me to upgrade then ripping me off. One other thing she told me you nolonger uprade in stores
