COMPLAIN
I’m disappointed with the service from Mtn,the lady by name of Snegugu Kumbi called me somewhere before the 20th of April telling me am due for upgrade and we did the application telephonically and she promised I’ll be receiving my sim card shortly,today is the 21st of May still nothing,I did a follow up on the 14th if am not mistaken and the told me they will deliver the the SIM card within few days,here I am start waiting....If I don’t receive my SIM card by tomorrow am canceling everything....still to date am still waiting for my sim card and funny part is MTN doesn't care because they are already billing for something that i don't even have....
