Complain

MTN Gateway I went there to buy a phone the 2 security guards just made us stand by the door I thought maybe it's the Covid restriction for the number of customers in but to other Indian and another white lady went inside with no problem. The security just asked which phone I wanted I told her she left me at the door to ask if they have the phone in stock and came back they didn't have then since I was not allowed in I couldn't even check if I can maybe take another phone of which I got it from the nearest competitor. The security guard should be controlling the queues and not any thing about MTN products because I asked her another question regarding the phone she just said I don't know and I wasn't going to be watching her walk up and down to get the answers for me I prefer waiting in the queue and wait for the authorized person to help me than asking a security. The security must know her job description and stick to it and start treating black as normal and with respect like they do to others. I was so ****ed when I left the store and I told them that I will complain.
