I have a problem with your service last month i took out my sim card because you where billing me too much after a week i put the sim card back to the phone i find that now i'm owe R2985 so i ask my self, do i got penalize for taking the sim card out from my sim then i call the service No. 808. one of the consultant answer the phone i ask her why are you billing me so much because i'm not using the sim card anymore, mtn have suspended my number then the consultant talk **** i end up hanging the phone, every time when i try calling 808 no one it's picking up the phone. last month i paid R600 but my phone is still suspended. are you guys *****'s and by the way your service sucks.<br> <br> regards <br> <br> ***

According to our records, the bill for last month (April) was R1 352.68. Thank you for your payment of R650.00 received, however this was a short payment and therefore your lines are suspended.
Kindly note that on your data line once your 500MB has been depleted, you are billed out of bundle rate.
We do look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
