Complain

Good Afternoon

I am Sibusiso Sibiya i have challenge with MTN i think it was 2019 i saw advertise post of a data, and i was trying to apply for that data but unfortunately my application was unsuccessful

My problem now is that most of the time i received a call from MTN store they told me i must pay the money of airtime contract and i told them i don't have any contract with MTN i have contract with Telekom and each and every month i pay my contract.

They told me that i must go to police station to do affidavit and I went there and i do affidavit but they still keep on calling me and telling i owing money for airtime contract.

Am not ok imotional i wish i get a help about this issue.
