Complain

Good day

I had an mtn contract which was cancelled on the 2nd of February 2023.

Thereafter 2 months later debit orders of R1700 has been deducted from my account....I have been to the Reds mall branch and inquired about this but on upon every inquiry the answer from MTN Menlyn has said they are investigating but till today no follow up

This is highly unacceptable and *****ulent as my money has been leaving my account even in my absence from the country.

The contract was canceled to stop the debit orders as well.

This is disappointing as I have been a good client.

A very unappreciated email was also sent that I am unable to afford the specific contract.

Thus is disgusting and very disappointing for me.

I need immediate response as I am on the path to making this viral by taking up with my lawyers and social platforms.

I will be awaiting response
