I took a contract phone with them in 2018 November. 2020 November the contract ended and I canceled the contract via phone a phone call. Mid 2021 I get calls from credit bureau people saying I owe Mtn. Njani because if I owed mtn they were supposed to debit from my account as they were always doing and they claimed "there was a glitch on their system". 2021 November I went to Mtn Tubatse crossing because I was now tired of their calls only to find surprise of my lifetime. There were invoices going out every month and I was not even aware because I lost the simcard a while ago. They made me pay R3456,24 and I was helped by a lady called Judy in Tubatse crossing and She said she'll cancel on the system, I must come to check the process in 7 working days unfortunately I had to go home. I only went there today only to find out there is no cancellation that was done, No notes NOTHING , she was supposed to call 135 in order for the cancellation to be possible. Guess what there is another invoice ya December and there will be a another one in 2 day. The lady that helped me today said I must bunk work and come to the store ka9 and we try calling 135 nakhona she's not promising anything
