COMPETITORS WILL I AM SURE, OFFER ME BETTER SERVICE

These are some of the emails I have been sending through to your company since June '16.

You now have the audacity to hand me over to your attorney's who are demanding in excess of R3000.00. I think not!!

If one employee in a managerial position had contacted me, this problem could have been resolved amicably.

It's a pity your staff lack initiative. It would appear that they are unable to get off their pretty little behinds or use their glossy-painted fingernails, to do a good job.

So long, from a long standing client.

-------------------------------

Sir/Madam

This is a copy of an email I sent through to MTN in June '16 with another copy being sent every month.

Please stop sending your damn emails - "Out of Contract Charges", sometimes twice a day.

This could be considered Harassment and Abuse of my email address.

Kindly inform your Attorney's of same.

DM COLLEY

----------------------------------

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL

Sir/Madam

Despite previous communications including the undermentioned email, to which to-date, I have not received a reply.

It is with regret that I inform you that as of today's date, I hereby give notice to terminate my contract with MTN.

As mentioned below, I opened my 1st Cell Phone Contract with MTN in September 1996 (Nineteen Ninety Six), signed at La Lucia Mall, Kwa Zulu Natal. I am sick to death of the way you treat your long-standing clients and feel sure that one of your competitors, could offer me better service.

I can be contacted on 021................ by a Manager, in a Managerial Position only, if any further information is required.

Thanking you.

Yours faithfully

DM COLLEY (MS)

------------------------------

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL

Sir/Madam

Despite previous communications to your company, including emails every month, there is no end to the dispute regarding the above cell number.

I have been a client of MTN since September 1996 (Nineteen Ninety Six). Dear Kevin

Thank you for responding.

Just to inform you that I have spoken to the Retentions Department on several occasions, to no avail. They were rude, unhelpful and promised to have a senior employee contact me. Of course, I am still waiting for the phone call.

I would just like to advise that it was never my intention to cancel my contract with MTN. In fact about 2/3 months ago I visited your store enquiring as to what was on offer as I was aware, my contract was coming to an end.

Unfortunately, I was left with no choice in they matter.

Yours sincerely

DM COLLEY (MS)
