Why did no one warn me that MTN South Africa was such a ****?

I made a contract with them and let them know I had no ID for delivery and they said it was fine. Now I'm being told I won't receive my router because I have no ID, but they've already taken payment. Worse, if I'm not being transferred endlessly, they're dropping my calls.

What about my money?
