Communication company but terrible with communication

I am purely writing this out of frustration. I am having issues getting MTN to contact me after e-mailing them whole week,, I am not even an MTN client. Their ***** dep, customer care department and even believe it or not complaints department just do not reply to e-mails. I feel very sorry for actual MTN clients.

Hopefully someone at MTN will reply and put me in touch with a competent person who works there. Someone at MTN must believe in Client service and be proud of their
