committing ***** on customers' accounts.
on the 8th of April around 16:41 I received an email stating my plan has been upgraded to an expensive plan which I never gave consent to. On the 9th of April I received a call regarding (the call was not even on the number i requested thar all contract related issues should be made to me directly )the Imation upgrade to my contract the more I explain to the lady that no one ever called me to confirm if that if they can do it or not my plan was just upgrade without my consent which is ***** ,
I then called MTN customer line to report the ***** happening on my account and they told me to call a different number to find out which left me frustrated so I decided to go to an MTN store to see what is going on,
The consultant told me that she can see my plan was upgrade on the 8th and I also explained to her that I have not received a call to give conformation on the upgrade, I have asked if she can see who worked on my account to change the plans WITHOUT MY CONSENT GIVEN (MISS CALLS OR NO ANSWER IS NOT CONSENT) and she just looked at me and asked what i wanted to do, so I told her to fix it back to my old plan and she told me that they are going to bill me R100 per number (this happened on two of my numbers ) I told her how can I be held reliable for something I did not give consent to that they just went and changed now I have to pay more for someone else who is just trying to push their sales and commit ***** on my account which is not right,
i just feel like this is completely wrong towards a good customer that has to pay to fix someone else's errors,
if this is the case I will never use MTN ever again in my life....
