***** committed twice on my MTN account.

***** has been committed on my account in April 2024. A cellular phone contract was taken out in my name. Details on my accounts has been changed by the *****ulent transaction. MTN has blocked my legitimate cell phone contract number and now expects me to pay double my normal monthly debt order in order to restore my number. I have called and spoke to numerous call centre agents who cannot assist. I am frustrated and no one seems to be able to assist me.
