***** committed by MTN employees on my account

I was de*****ed by MTN , I would actually give them 0 rating if I could as I had to find out that my ticket was closed and their ***** department is not investigating my case. According to them the signature is the same. The ***** is committed in MTN Morningside in Durban , I am in Port Elizabeth and never been outside the Province in the past 6 years. Not only that, I was at work on this day where I clocked in with my hand, I work fir a Parastal and there are Cameras at work tgat can proove my whete abouts. Why would I leave the Province to go and take a 36 months contract for 2 cheap phones in Durban.Their system shows that my email address eas changed and its someone else name,and physical address was changed without proof of address but this still doesn't ring a bell to their ***** department. The ID copy attached is a copy of a copy. I am beyond angry with the level of disregard by MTN employee, I even opened a case with SA police, someone needs to be charged ********y for this. I am going to report them to the Ombudsman as well, I am not going to let them get away with this.
