Commendable attitude and effeciency
The call centre agent/ representative - Omelia Margarman is a real asset to the company. Her effeciency is commendable. She has the ability to listen attentively and then explain in detail with patience and humility. This type of attitude allows the client to feel comfortable and welcomed - not just another number in the system. This attitude will allow the company to grow and prosper, as there will be many happy and satisfied customers. I wish you all the best , Omelia. God Bless!
