Comlaint

Utterly disappointed in the service from MTN,,,, I've been trying to cancel my contract for the past 2 months, each time I call I'm told they've put through the instruction to cancel, when I call back to do a follow up n confirm that it's cancelled I'm told there's no instruction in place,the last agent I done to was totally rude to the point he hung up on me when I asked for his name.
