We sincere apologized for any inconvenienced caused to you.
The previous upgrade/contract expired in 23-9-2019 this package was on MTN Made for Me for R550.56.
New upgrade was done 22-7-2019 (3 months before the previous upgrade expired) to MTN Made for Me Large for R740.55. The subscription fee increased on the invoice. New billing was from August 2019.
The account holder need to take the copy of the upgrade to the store to log the request to our billing department to see if client contract was correctly captured as per the upgrade agreement.
