colour blind staff

Beginning of April i went to MTN shop in Mokopane Mall and spoke to Jaco. I needed to upgrade end of April. i enquired about a WHITE SONY Z3 COMPACT - i was informed there is stock in the branch.On the fourth of May i went to collect and was informed by Jaco the WHITE sony is actually BLACK. i was informed by Jaco that a order was placed for a WHITE device. a Week later i was phoned by Jaco who informed me that there is good news and bad news.Good news is the phone was here but the BAD news is that its a BLACK device.He orders a WHITE phone but a BLACK phone is delivered ?? he said he'll order again. In the meanwile i spoke to the REGIONAL named Mauritz who gaurenteed me a WHITE phone on his next visit to Mokopane. On the 18th of May i was phoned by Mauritz who confirmed that he has a WHITE sony and that he is in Mokopane the next day. The 19th i was phoned by Jaco who said Mauritz is in the branch but the device he brought me is NOT WHITE but actually BLACK !!! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE ?? I need a WHITE sony z3 compact and not a BLACK one ??!! ARE THEY COLOURBLIND !!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET ME A WHITE SONY Z3 COMPACT or must i go to VODACOM .All their shops does have WHITE ONES.
