Collecting Case-Number for nothing
2 weeks ago I asked the Helpdesk how to avoid unwanted SMS with advertising from MTN.<br> No reaction, but I got the MTN REQ:***.<br> So I tried it again last week - the same reaction - now MTN REQ:*** [#***], but no response.<br> <br> It is boring to collect machine produced answers from MTN, but may be it is a company without \warm bodies"driven by computer - so again how can I stop these ******* SMS?
