Clueless & zero help & zero resolution

Yesterday I ported my number to MTN. Today I had to spend ages and ages in the store that helped me. I have an issue with 4G on my iPhone. The shop phoned and phoned and phoned their HO for clarification and help but no one could assist us!! Eventually Shimmy said he would investigate and get back to me later today. NOTHING YET. JUST NOTHING!!! Not even a call to manage my expectation Just NOTHING!!!!! That’s what MTN think of a brand new customer who has joined them. Seems they don’t give a ****!!
