Clueless and wrong.

My contract was closed and paid in full months ago. At the start of the year. They confirmed it was closed and my contract was moved to prepaid. When I made my last payment MTN owed me 10 rand. Now I get monthly statements still for that contract. Now on those statements I owe them 16 rand. I called last months logged a complaint and they told me it is sorted. This month I get another statement owing a few cents more. You guys need to now stop this and get it sorted out. Because when I look again I owe you guys a lot of money because you hit me with late charges and everything. This none paying that is now reflecting shows as a bad spot on my credit score. So o closed my account at the start of the year. The number was moved to pre paid. How can you guys still be sending me statements and charges. Get this sorted out make sure it’s sorted. Last complaint you marked my complaint as closed and told me it was sorted. But it was not sorted. So come on MTN surly there is some one that side smart enough to close an account and make sure this don’t happen again
