Clueless and useless staff

I’ve used MTN all my life, I never knew it’s this useless… people have always told me how useless MTN is I never believed them, I must say I’m angry and frustrated, I specifically told the person I was talking to on the phone that I want to keep my old number wen taking the contract but because the sale was more important than him following instructions he did the wrong thing. Now I’m finding myself calling their customer care line like I’m a mad woman, I’m again being inconvenienced driving around all MTN stores and still no 1 can assist me. All the people I’ve been talking to on the phone and in the store are speaking a different language I don’t even think they work for the same company. I must say I’m really not happy, I’m wondering if the owners or shareholders know that the people working for them don’t know their brand and their products. Very very useless I must say
