Clueless and Pathetic Service

After trying to apply for an additional contract numerous times at different MTN stores, I got shut down multiple times. With no reason my application would just be terminated, for what reason no one could tell. Finally yesterday, after 3 weeks I got an answer that they stated that I'm not a loyal customer and I'm not up to date with my monthly statements!! How the hell is this possible if you have a Debit on my account and even the personal working at the MTN store was speechless after they saw that my account is up to date with 0.00 outstanding were not one month's installment was ever late!! It's utter and complete bull****!! Excuses that all, It's been the most frustrating experience and I can't believe I am actually with MTN!
