Closure and refund of my account

Good day Please note that I have ready had an issue with regards to your online purchase with MTN . Ive had your home WIFI for 12 days only for the month of August and was disconnected the following month of October but paid this pro ratio fees too . I have sent the WIFI device back to your store . the only thing I would like is my refund . And for you'll to close my account with you'll immediately . Ive email customer service of which take 4 days to response or not get back to one . Can I please have an update here . Ref no : IRMS ***
