Closing of account
MTN can not close my cellphone account at Irene Mall when my contract ends on the 05 April. I want to give notice to stop my account contract after 24 Months, but i am told it can only be done on the call centre. It took us 43 min without reply at the call centre. The operator were rude an arrogant and not interested in a client service. I advise all cellphone users to change from MTN to Vodacom in the Pretoria area.
